Special Board Meeting Notice

Dear Sir/ Madam,

The Governing Authority of Horizon Science Academy Dayton Downtown, Horizon Science Academy Dayton Elementary, Horizon Science Academy Dayton High, and Horizon Science Academy Cincinnati will hold a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors as follows:

Purpose: To discuss and consider approval of the appointment of a new Superintendent for the above-named schools.

Concept Schools Awarded Nearly $14 Million to Expand High-Performing Charter Public Schools

Network will use funds to further its high-quality public education options for children across the Midwest.

Parent Meeting

Horizon Science Academy Dayton Downtown receives Federal Special Education IDEA Part B funds, ESL, Title III funds, and Title 1 funds to assist with the education of handicapped children aged 3 through 21, English language learners, and improve the academic achievement of disadvantaged students. We will hold a brief informative meeting for any local community member to attend and discuss
how these funds are used.

Now Enrolling for Fall 2025

Enrollment for K-8th grade will open on March 1st, 2025.

CONSEF in Chicago

This weekend, 15 students participated: 1 in Math-Con and 14 in the CONSEF science fair. In the science fair, we received 1 Gold, 7 Silver, and 3 Bronze awards.
