Horizon Science Academy Dayton Downtown receives Federal Special Education IDEA Part B funds, ESL, Title III, funds and Title 1 funds to assist with the education of handicapped children aged 3 through 21, English language learners, and improving the academic achievement of disadvantaged students. We will hold a brief informative meeting for any local community member to attend and discuss how these funds are used.
